Shipping & Delivery
At Stein Diamonds, we take great care in ensuring every item arrives safely, securely, and discreetly.
All domestic shipments are fully insured and shipped via FedEx using signature-required delivery services. All orders require Adult Signature Confirmation, additionally certain orders may require identity verification or delivery to a FedEx Hold Location for pickup.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days following payment verification. Additional processing time may be required for custom orders, special-order items, security verification, or high-value transactions.
For the protection of our clients and our business:
- Orders may only be shipped to verified billing or approved shipping addresses.
- We reserve the right to request additional identification, payment verification, or supporting documentation before releasing an order.
- We reserve the right to delay, cancel, or refuse shipment of any order at our sole discretion.
While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, shipping timelines provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Stein Diamonds shall not be responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, acts of nature, labor disputes, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once a shipment has been delivered and delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. Stein Diamonds shall not be responsible for loss, theft, damage, or misdelivery occurring after confirmed delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
At Stein Diamonds, client satisfaction is extremely important to us. We encourage clients to ask any questions and request any additional information before making a purchase.
Due to the unique nature of luxury watches, fine jewelry, handbags, and pre-owned goods, all sales are considered final unless otherwise approved in writing by Stein Diamonds.
Any approved return request must be submitted within five (5) calendar days of delivery.
To be eligible for consideration, returned merchandise must:
- Remain in the exact condition in which it was received
- Be unworn and unaltered
- Include all original boxes, packaging, tags, certificates, cards, accessories, and documentation
- Be accompanied by the original proof of purchase
Any merchandise displaying signs of wear, sizing, polishing, repair, damage, modification, tampering, or alteration may be denied return eligibility.
The condition and eligibility of all returned merchandise shall be determined exclusively by Stein Diamonds at its sole discretion.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit:
- Custom jewelry
- Personalized or engraved items
- Resized rings
- Made-to-order pieces
- Special-order or specially sourced merchandise
- Vintage and estate jewelry
- Items sold "as-is"
- Items designated as "Final Sale"
- International orders
- Any item specifically identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to:
- Restocking fees
- Shipping expenses
- Insurance costs
- Payment processing fees
- Authentication costs
- Market value adjustments
- Other expenses incurred by Stein Diamonds
Any such fees shall be determined solely by Stein Diamonds and may vary based on the item, transaction, and circumstances involved.
Stein Diamonds reserves the right to deny or issue a refund, store credit, exchange, or alternative resolution at its sole discretion.
Authenticity Guarantee
Every item sold by Stein Diamonds is inspected and authenticated by our specialists prior to sale.
We guarantee the authenticity of all watches, jewelry, handbags, and luxury goods offered for sale.
Limited Watch Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in writing, qualifying pre-owned watches may be covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects affecting the mechanical operation of the watch.
Warranty eligibility, coverage, and claim approval are determined solely by Stein Diamonds.
This warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic imperfections
- Scratches, dents, or discoloration
- Normal wear and tear
- Water damage
- Moisture intrusion
- Impact damage
- Accidental damage
- Loss or theft
- Misuse or neglect
- Damage resulting from improper handling
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repair, modification, or service
- Strap, bracelet, clasp, crystal, bezel, or cosmetic component wear
Any third-party repair, polishing, modification, or service performed after purchase may immediately void any applicable warranty.
Vintage watches, estate jewelry, specially sourced items, and certain pre-owned products may be sold "as-is" and may not qualify for warranty coverage.
Jewelry Warranty
Due to the nature of fine jewelry and gemstone settings, routine maintenance may be required over time.
Stein Diamonds does not warrant against:
- Normal wear and tear
- Stone loss resulting from impact or improper care
- Bent prongs
- Damaged settings
- Accidental damage
- Improper use or storage
- Repairs performed by third parties
We encourage clients to periodically inspect and maintain their jewelry to ensure continued security and longevity.

Title and ownership of merchandise shall remain with Stein Diamonds until full payment has been received, verified, and accepted.
